Edit: SOLVED
All, I managed to solve the issue, by doing the following:
Force shutdown , by removing the Power cable. (as the power button became useless for some reasons)
Remove all hard drives, and restart the NAS empty
Shutdown the NAS, install hard drive 1, reboot (NAS is now complaining about a missing / known hard drive : Good news)
Shutdown the NAS, install hard drive 2, reboot: All good

This is what QNAP replied to my ticket:
Shutdown the NAS and release all the disks.
Power on the NAS without a disk.
Try login in the NAS as admin in the SSH environment:
https://www.qnap.com/en/how-to/knowledg … as-by-ssh/
Execute below command and let me know the result.
- df -h
Then insert all the disk one at a time. (Ensure the inserted disk HDD LED is green before inserting the next disk.)
Then in the SSH, execute below command:
- qcli_storage -d
- md_checker
- head /etc/config/uLinux.conf
